December in Québec
The second and third Sundays of Advent I was able to spend in Canada - after having been to Montreal several times this was my first visit to beautiful Quebec City. Being so lucky to sing a beautiful Christmas programme with Bach Cantatas in two concerts at the Montcalm concerthall I did not mind at all the first winterstorm in Quebec of the season. Cold temperatures and quite a bit of snow made my stay quite an experience! I wished I could have explored the city and its fortifications a bit more, alas it was a bit grim, but I definetley got a good taste and would love to come back as a tourist maybe in springtime or summer. People are super friendly and the city has a wonderful feeling about it.
